At TJ’s Kustom Kreations, we take our terms of service for custom apparel, cups, decals, and more seriously. We believe in providing high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations and enhance their satisfaction. Our terms of service specify that all orders are subject to a minimum quantity requirement, and we have the right to refuse any order that does not meet this requirement. Additionally, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for custom orders, unless the product is defective or damaged. We strive to maintain clear communication with our customers throughout the entire design and production process to ensure that their vision is accurately brought to life.
